We have been working on the possibility of an international move for a long time. We met early on with both Lori and Catherine to discuss the possibility of listing our home. When they arrived at our home they had already done their research and had organized all of the information available from public domains. They had sample contracts and information about the current market conditions. They spent time walking through the house and identifying all it's unique features.
