We lived in northern Kentucky for 30 years prior to that so I took her ashes and buried her at our home church. I spent two months back at the house and couldn’t stand it so I got a hold of Pam who is a close friend. I told her that I needed to sell the house as quickly as possible.

Normally in The Villages, it takes some time to get the house sold. Pam, her husband, Joe, and Delvis toured the house and started to put everything together for the sale. It was fully furnished and they had it on the market within days.

It was unbelievable how they took care of the house and the open house and within nine days the house was sold.
