My legal name is Joseph, but my friends call me Joe. I have 12 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent, and I spent another 20 years prior to that as a banker and mortgage loan officer. In my spare time I enjoy gardening, travelling and college football.

My wife and I moved to The Villages in May of 2021. We were looking for a great place to live that had plenty to do and was still very affordable. I have lived in just about every area of Florida, and no place compares to The Villages. Between the free music every night, the endless golf, pools and clubs, I knew this was the place for me. My wife says it’s like waking up on a cruise ship. Every day you have to decide what activity you will enjoy that day.
